I’ve been wanting to address this for a while now, but didn’t want to come off as an alarmist. Anyway, I’ve decided that it’s important to speak about it so people can make the right decisions. What I’m referring to is buttock augmentation surgery or procedures. They are becoming more and more popular every year, and because of that there are more and more horror stories coming out.

It’s not that I’m strongly opposed to it, but it’s not something I would do myself. What I’m really concerned about are illegal implants, cosmetic surgery and injections performed by unlicensed and unqualified individuals. It seems that these illegally done procedures have increased recently.

There have been numerous occasions where someone has been injured or died due to these procedures. Earlier this year there was hip hop dancer, Claudia Aderotimi, from London who came to the US to have a buttock enhancement procedure done. She ended up dying from it. Apparently the silicone from the injection had entered her circulatory system and caused her to have a heart attack.

There are numerous other such stories like Claudia and they are heart wrenching. As I mentioned before, I personally would never go under the knife for cosmetic enhancements, but there are others who would and that’s perfectly fine. But please, please make sure that you are consulting with a qualified and experienced professional.

As it is, buttock enhancement or augmentation procedures are fairly complex and difficult even for qualified and experienced individuals. People are taking a huge risk by getting such things done by unqualified quacks. Please don’t make that mistake.

Watch the videos below to get an idea of what can happen when buttock enhancement procedures go wrong.

Here are two women who appeared on the Tyra Banks show after they were sickened and almost died due to buttock injections:

Take a look at this short news story from The Wall Street Journal where a few women had industrial silicone injected into their buttocks. Absolutely shocking!

Yet another woman who’s implants began to dislodge and slip. The news announcers think it’s funny. I think there’s nothing funny about it.

This is exactly the reason I advocate a regimen of exercise and nutrition to build a bigger butt. Sure it takes time an effort, and therefore, is not a quick fix, but it’s well worth it.You may save some money by going to back alley quacks, but it truly is not worth the detriment that it can cause to your health. You have to ask yourself if you’re willing to bet your money on your life. I hope the answer is no.
