This is a little story about what not to do to get a bigger butt. I am a person that likes to keep fit, so I go to the gym 5 to 6 times a week. You meet all kinds of people in the gym and it’s sad to say, but a lot of them have no clue what they’re doing. I’m no fitness professional, but I read and practice enough to be quite knowledgeable about the subject. Some time ago, while walking on a treadmill, I struck up a conversation with the person on the treadmill next to mine. She was a 28 year old African American woman, good looking and slim overall, but with somewhat of a pot belly. Her name was Louann. As we continued talking I discovered that she was working hard to get rid of her pot belly. When I inquired a little further, she told me that she had recently started consuming fatty foods and overeating, because she wanted to increase the size of her butt. She said that a friend of her’s had suggested this, since she was able to increase the size of her own booty that way.

I wasn’t surprised by this, since there is a lot of misinformation like this floating around out there. Folks, I have one word for you, and that’s “genetics”. Yes, that right, I brought up the “G” word. It’s something we can’t escape. Different people store fat differently. For some people it goes to their tummy, for others their butt, others their thighs, still others may spread it out evenly. So, it’s different for everyone.

Really though, who wants a fat,sloppy bottom or chicken legs leading up to a big butt. Not really pleasing to the eyes is it? I’d rather have well built thighs with a plump, toned butt. Something that looks good in pants, shorts, dresses and skirts. We can all have that, but for those of us who are not naturally blessed with a plump bottom, we have to work for it. We have to do some sort of butt exercises and provide sound nutrition to our bodies. Overeating is not the way to do it.

I told Louann all this and set her on the right path to a bigger booty. I gave her some simple exercises to do and offered some nutritional advice. In addition, I also told her that if she was really serious about building a bigger but she would get, read and practice the advice outlined in Bigger Butt Secrets, the bible for building a bigger butt. Luckily she followed my advice and is happily making steady progress, minus the pot belly.
